I pride myself on my balance of grace and strength, my ability to embrace characters and connect with audiences, and the optimistic attitude and work ethic I bring to every project.

My dance journey began at age two and has never stopped, though it has taken me around the world. A comprehensive studio training at Connecticut Dance Academy gave me a strong technical foundation in ballet, jazz, acro, hip-hop, and musical theater. From there, I expanded my movement vocabulary across borders: contemporary, acro, and jazz in Madrid, Latin dance in Colombia, and jazz and community-rooted movement in New Orleans, where I also taught VXN, a dance fitness class centered on women’s empowerment. These experiences deepened my appreciation for movement and its cultural significance in ways a classroom never could.

I currently live in New York City, where I dance as a company member at Methodz in Brooklyn. This chapter has reignited my passion for performing and made dance a defining presence in my life, and I wish for it to continue to grow.
